Location: Chippenham, SN14
Salary: 13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Days Working / 4 Days Off
Working Hours: 7:15am - 5:30pm (including weekends)
Contract: untill end of November 2026

At Dyson, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure they receive the best experience, we offer repair and refurbishment services for our products. This role is key to maintaining Dyson's reputation for quality and excellence by restoring products to the highest standards.

• Following detailed repair and refurbishment procedures using instruction manuals
• Performing data entry and updating records on a computer system
• Picking and packing orders
• Stock management and organization
• Scanning and processing stock
• Organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
• Refurbishing Dyson products to meet quality standards
• Quality checking products before dispatch

• A willing, can-do attitude
• Good time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills for data entry

Note: The site is only accessible by public transport Monday-Saturday. A driving license and access to a vehicle would be helpful for Sunday commuting.
