Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)

Cambridge (Hybrid)

36 hours per week, Monday-Friday

9-12 Month Contract

£26 per hour

Weekly payAre you a creative, strategic marketer who loves delivering impactful campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial success.

About the role:

You'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery - from insight-led planning through to execution and performance analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and deliver measurable results.

What you'll be doing:

Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, email and events)

Turn business goals into clear, compelling messaging and campaign strategies

Manage timelines, budgets, and creative delivery across multiple projects

Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies

Champion brand consistency across all channelsWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in marketing communications or campaign management

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy

Excellent project management and organisational skills

Confident communicator with great storytelling ability

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
