Job Title: MEP Lead - Data Centre Construction

Location: Belgium

Leading International Data Centre Contractor

€90,000 to €110,000 full package

The Role - MEP Lead

As MEP Lead, you will take full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on a major data centre project in Belgium . You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all MEP elements are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior site-based position where your leadership will directly impact project performance, from early coordination through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Health and Safety across all MEP activities on site

Manage programme delivery, ensuring all MEP works are aligned with project timelines

Coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, subcontractors and site engineers

Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and build ability

Drive quality control across installations, inspections and commissioning stages

Monitor and report on progress, risks and performance to senior management

Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment

Identify and implement design and construction improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsAbout You

Strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services

Proven experience in an MEP Lead or Senior MEP role on large-scale construction or data centre projects

Excellent understanding of MEP systems, installation processes and commissioning

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams on site

Commercial awareness with experience managing programme, costs and resources

Detail-focused with a strong commitment to quality and delivery deadlines

Effective communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer

Salary: €110,000 to €145,000 (DOE)
