Supply Teaching Assistants

Together in Learning is seeking talented and professional Supply Teaching Assistants to provide exceptional classroom support across our partner schools in Coventry and North Warwickshire.

Assignments may vary depending on school requirements; however, we are committed to respecting your travel preferences and working within your specified limitations.

About the Role:

• Provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within class and small group settings.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Support pupils who may display behaviours that challenge with patience, consistency and understanding.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.
• Make a meaningful impact on each child s educational journey.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with SEN.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
