About The Role
We are hiring an experienced Data Engineer with strong skills in Informatica and cloud data platform to support critical data transformation initiatives for a leading project in the BFSI domain. This role demands a detail-oriented and technically sound professional with a passion for data integration and modern cloud warehousing.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms, primarily cloud data platform, to manage data pipelines and models.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to gather data requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and performance tuning.
• Monitor and support production ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to data security and compliance policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter ETL development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platform data warehousing.
• Solid SQL skills and knowledge of cloud data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, governance, and integration concepts.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Experience with cloud platforms like public cloud platform, or public cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for automation.
• Background in banking, insurance, or other BFSI sectors.
