As a Junior SEO Account Manager your role will encompass full client management with a SEO client base, assisting them in delivering projects and campaigns.
Managing potentially up to 40 SEO accounts.
Working closely with the SEO team to achieve client success and encouraging strong delivery through teamwork
Monitoring deliverables, proof-reading documents and reports to send onto clients
Facilitating cross-channel management –ensuring all channels ‘work together’
Sending performance reports to each client and reporting back on KPI’s
Arranging and attending client management meetings and calls
Identifying opportunities for client campaign and business growth in the form of increasing SEO spend
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
Some experience in project or account management in digital marketing, preferably in SEO
A general understanding of SEO and the differences between on-site and off-site SEO
The ability to interoperate data and explain key information to clients
A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem-solving and creative thinking
The ability to quickly differentiate most impactful tasks/projects
Strong client relationship building skills
Someone who has the willingness to ask for help when needed
Someone who has a passion for the digital industry and is always up to date with the trends, news and technology
