Join Our Team as an Onsite IT Deskside Support Engineer!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 3 months

Hourly Rate: Up to €19.84

Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: Dublin, 5 days per week in the office

Your Role:

As an Onsite IT Deskside Support Engineer, you will be the go-to person for IT support, ensuring that our team can focus on what they do best without technical hiccups. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on IT support to staff, assisting with hardware and software issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.

Maintain and configure desktop and laptop systems.

Install and configure software applications.

Collaborate with team members to streamline IT processes.

Document issues and solutions in our support ticketing system.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and common software applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Outstanding communication skills - you know how to make tech talk simple!
