Many of our Cover Supervisors have successfully progressed through the organisation Teacher Training Programme, advancing into teaching and leadership positions within our trust. The programme provides a comprehensive blend of school-based experience, personalised coaching, and professional development, supported by a nationwide network of the organisation trainees and mentors.

All new Cover Supervisors will benefit from a comprehensive induction and training programme before starting in the role. This includes a full week of induction covering behaviour management, safeguarding, classroom routines alongside opportunities to observe experienced teachers and gain hands-on experience with our core teaching and learning tools. This supportive start ensures you feel confident, prepared and ready to make a real impact from day one.
This is a fixed term, term-time position, working 8:15am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday. Full training will be provided, and you will receive ongoing support to develop your confidence and classroom skills.
