As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils across the curriculum. Your responsibilities may include:

• Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of schools and age groups throughout Redcar, allowing you to gain valuable experience and find the setting that suits you best.
