Building Inspector

Contract Type: 6-month contract

Summary:

We are seeking experienced Building Inspectors for a 6-month contract with positions available worldwide. The role involves conducting visual inspections of various assets, with an expectation of completing 2 to 3 inspections per day. Candidates must have previous experience in property inspection work. Full training will be provided to support your success in the role. It is essential that candidates hold a NEBOSH qualification or an equivalent certification to ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout the inspection process. This role requires attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports following each inspection.

Previous property inspection experience

Ability to conduct thorough visual inspections

Strong attention to detail

Excellent report writing and documentation skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and organisational skills to manage multiple inspections daily

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Health and safety awareness and compliance

NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (mandatory)

Willingness to travel internationally as required
