We're looking for candidates who have:

A British Sign Language qualification

Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children, ideally in a primary school setting.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant.

A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A genuine passion for inclusive education.
