Project Manager

Gloucester (Hybrid Working)

Up to £400 per day 

12 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major business transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing key stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex project from planning through to completion.

Working in a hybrid environment, you'll collaborate with teams across the business while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and with minimal disruption.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the programme forward, maintaining momentum across multiple teams and ensuring effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing integrated project plans, schedules and critical milestones

Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks, issues and dependencies

Leading project meetings, steering groups and progress reviews

Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain and external suppliers

Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and timely project updates

Monitoring project performance, reporting on KPIs and ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives About You

You'll be a proactive, organised and confident Project Manager who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and can keep multiple stakeholders aligned towards a common goal.

You'll have:

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion

Strong project planning, scheduling, governance and reporting skills

Experience managing project risks, budgets and stakeholder communications

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build strong working relationships

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward Desirable Experience

Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
