Site Manager required for a main contractor on a 800k new build school - For this role you MUST have an existing Enhanced DBS certificate

The project duration is 8 week and you will be no.1 Site Manager on site reporting to a visiting Contratcs Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required
