Our client is an established manufacturing company based in St Leonards on Sea. They are currently looking for CNC Operative to join their hardworking and reliable team.

The ideal CNC Operative will have demonstrable experience within a CNC Operative role, be able to follow detailed client specifications and adhere to strict deadlines. As a CNC Operative you will undertake fabrication responsibility in a CNC based production team. You will ensure adherence to the Company s processes in respect of quality control and HSE. You will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that works are fabricated with a keen focus on quality, throughput and communication.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Demonstrable experience within a CNC Operative role
• Previous experience with CNC machinery
• Possess an excellent attention to detail
• Be able to follow detailed client specifications and adhere to strict deadlines
• Have a knowledge of tools and equipment
• Be able to work in a team but also independently using initiative
• Possess a can-do attitude

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with CNC Routers/Profiling tools
• Previous experience with composite materials

Your duties as a CNC Operative will include:

• Operating and programming a 1 of 2 different CNC routers where needed
• Consistent and detailed completion of paperwork
• Quality checking work
• Adhering to company health and safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining the fabrication floors hygiene standards

Salary:

• £14 per hour

Hours:

• Monday Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Weekly Shift Rotation 1 week working morning shift of 6am-2pm and 1 week working afternoon shift of 2pm-10pm
• Temp to Perm Position
