We are looking to register dedicated Teaching Assistants for a variety of day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities within primary schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you may support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working with whole classes, small intervention groups or on a one-to-one basis, helping children access learning while promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
