We are seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) for a long-term position supporting children in Key Stage 1 (KS1). This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who can confidently support classroom activities independently, while working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Support children both in small groups and whole-class settings
• Take initiative to manage classroom situations independently
• Collaborate with the class teacher to enhance pupils learning experiences

The successful candidate will possess:

• A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least six months experience working with children in an educational setting
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine commitment to contributing to the school community
• A proactive approach to managing and responding to classroom needs
• A passion for supporting and encouraging children s learning and development
