Assembly / Production Operative

What we offer:

• Competitive pay: 12.71/hr (Mornings/Afternoons), 14.56/hr (Nights).
• Overtime rates: 19.07/hr (Over 40 hours), 25.42/hr (Sundays & Bank Holidays).

What you will do:

Join a fast-paced production environment manufacturing automotive parts, such as door hinges. Operate and set up CNC machinery, follow engineering blueprints, perform precision measurements, and conduct quality control checks. Work on both CNC machines and production lines to meet high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year in a similar role.
• Hard skills: Reading engineering blueprints, machine setup/operation, precision measuring tools, quality control checks.
• Soft skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, time management, effective communication.

Available shifts:

• Weekly rotation: Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.
• Fixed: Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm or Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am.
