SEN Teaching Assistant - Kidderminster (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster on a full-time basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, including:

Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Trauma-related needs

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
Available to work 5 days per week .
Physically and emotionally resilient, with the ability to support children who may display challenging behaviours.
Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
