Handyperson/Multi Trade Operative

Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Perform repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and electrical work
• Install, maintain, or repair fixtures, appliances, and basic structural elements
• Inspect properties for potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Interact with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner

are seeking a qualified and experienced Handy person/Multi Trade Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and workmanship.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or general repair role
• Proficiency in the safe use of tools and equipment required for repair and maintenance work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ownership of basic tools necessary to complete assigned work
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour as required
