Overview
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to at all times.

Work Location: In-person

Duties
- Monitor retail premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to prevent theft or damage.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain a first aid kit on-site.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required during emergencies or investigations.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail security is essential.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention methods is advantageous.
- Proficient in using CCTV systems and other security technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
