Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate parking appeals and representations issued to the public, ensuring fairness and consistency in decision-making.
• Review and enforce Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) where applicable, taking into account relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage statutory and non-statutory complaints via telephone, email, and post, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Liaise with external contractors and parties, building strong relationships and achieving positive outcomes.
