Job description

The role of a UAT Test Coordinator goes beyond validating code and logging bugs. They need to plan and manage on all aspects of User Acceptance Testing.
• Key Responsibilities
- UAT test coordinator to coordinate with business users to create, prepare and conduct QA activities
- Co-ordinate with business users to validate test scenarios
- Align business users to start testing and help to execute test cases
- Log any issues from UAT testing
- Work with the business and tech teams to identify issues in testing
- Liaise with vendor partner's tech team and the organisation tech teams to identify E2E UAT testing scenarios and estimate the effort
- Write UAT test plans and test approach
- Co-ordinate with business team for UAT regression testing
- Creation of UAT artefacts in Spira test
- Reporting of progress to QA Manager
- Supporting triage of defects and issues
- Ensure that coded features satisfy the agreed acceptance criteria
- Working with system users to coordinate testing efforts and resources during UAT
• Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Strong UAT testing and management skills
- Experienced in UAT test management.
- Experience in test reporting and test coverage
- Background in supporting business testing and acceptance
- Database-query languages knowledge for writing queries
- Ability to write test plans and test cases
- Experience in work-management software
- Experience in any test management tool i.e., Spira Test
- Experience in IFRS17 tooling is advantageous
- Experience in any big data solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with insurance, e-commerce and multilingual systems has an advantage
