Salary: 17.54 per hour (increasing once fully trained)
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 4 on, 4 off (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00)

We are recruiting for a Line Operator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Middlewich.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business on a long-term assignment, with a strong possibility of a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and strong performance.

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Ensuring products meet quality standards

• Carrying out routine checks and reporting any issues

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following company procedures and health & safety regulations

• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable

• A reliable, motivated, and flexible approach to work

• Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off continental shift pattern

• Good attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• 17.54 per hour, increasing once fully trained
