Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator

Location: Euston, Central London

Duration: Minimum 6-week contract

Start Date: Monday, 27th July

Interviews: Week commencing 13th July

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier One construction contractor for a Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to be based at their prestigious office in Euston, Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, professional, and highly organised individual who enjoys being the face of a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and senior members of staff.

* Managing the front of house and ensuring reception areas are presented to a high standard at all times.

* Greeting and directing guests and handling incoming calls and enquiries.

* Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.

* Clearing down and resetting meeting rooms after use.

* Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have previous reception, front of house, or customer service experience.

* Be friendly, approachable, and naturally smiley with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Feel confident interacting with senior stakeholders and executives.

* Have a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

* Present themselves professionally and take pride in creating a welcoming office environment.
