Job Title: Change Manager

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Travel & Expenses Transformation Project Support contractor. This role is essential for providing hands-on delivery support and ensuring smooth execution across our global operations.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the project team during a critical 3-month assignment by driving change management and communication initiatives. Working within a structured team environment, you will directly support both the Change Manager and the Communications Manager to ensure all transformation activities are seamlessly aligned and effectively executed.
Responsibilities

Develop the Change Impact Matrix: Aggregate and analyse complex information to build a comprehensive change impact matrix for Europe, identifying exactly who will be impacted by specific changes across European operations.

Conduct Audience Mapping: Segment impacted Associates into meaningful audience groups to successfully tailor targeted change and communication strategies.
*
Identify Key Stakeholders: Pinpoint key stakeholders across the organization who require additional engagement, alignment, and dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate Internal Communications: Identify and actively liaise with the relevant internal communications leads for each specific audience group to ensure messaging consistency.

Support the Communications Schedule: Assist the management team in maintaining the overarching communications schedule to ensure all project messages are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
