Through-Hole Solderer - Windsor - 13.50 per hour

Proactive Global is currently recruiting a skilled Through-Hole Solderer to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Windsor. This is a contract role and the opportunity to work with a supportive, well-established team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Through-Hole Solderer to carry out high-quality soldering and assembly of electronic components. The successful candidate will ensure products meet strict quality standards while contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform through-hole soldering of electronic components to PCB assemblies with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect and test assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures carefully.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with H&S guidelines.
• Support the team with other assembly tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in through-hole soldering within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Understanding of basic quality control processes is desirable.
