Electrical Supervisor (Sub-Contractor)

Salary: £320 - £340 / Day (DOE)
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Job Type: Contract (Project Hours)

A leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee refurbishment projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and proven site supervision experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site teams.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, H&S procedures and site documentation.
• Oversee electrical rewires, fire alarm replacements, suspended ceilings and associated works.
• Monitor project progress and produce daily and weekly site reports.
• Deliver toolbox talks and maintain a strong health & safety culture.
• Coordinate labour, materials and plant to keep projects on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project managers.
• Manage QA, testing, commissioning and project handovers.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
• Full UK driving licence and van
• Flexible to work out of hours
• 2391/2394/2395, PASMA, IPAF and IOSH qualifications are advantageous.
