The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Sales Office Coordinator on a 6 month FTC with the potential to extend.
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in a similar role or a sales support environment. The successful candidate will be

Role will involve:
Preparing Project Quotations
Processing Sales and purchase orders
Preparing/checking customers invoices
Data validation / attention to detail checking customer purchase orders/project information.
Essential requirements:
Previous experience within high level administration, attention to detail and customer service
Previous experience within a sales support function
Proactive with workload instead of reactive
