The Role

Position: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: Southeast London

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary / Daily Supply

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Pay Rate: From £100 per day

Working Pattern: Flexible - choose the days that suit you

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils with varying learning abilities and additional needs

Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth work setting

A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
