Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in East London? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools on a daily supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible, rewarding work within education.

The Role

Position: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: East London

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary / Daily Supply

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Pay Rate: From £100 per day

Working Pattern: Flexible - full-time and part-time availability considered

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils in the classroom to help them access learning

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required

Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation

Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and development

Support children with additional needs where necessary

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth work setting

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A passion for supporting children's learning and development

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
