Hybrid/Remote Working: Hybrid 2-3 days per week

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Role information:

The Learning & Improvements role is required to support the continued delivery and optimisation of the project.

The role was originally established to build a structured approach to:

* Project learning capture and knowledge management

* Continuous improvement across delivery teams

* Benefits tracking and performance insight

* Standardisation of processes and tools across the project

Since its implementation, the role has delivered:

* Improved collaboration across project teams and functions

* Enhanced visibility of project performance through reporting and dashboards

* Support to social value, volunteering, and community impact tracking

This role is required to:

* Maintain continuity of improvement initiatives

* Sustain learning capture and retention

* Support delivery teams in embedding best practice

* Prevent loss of knowledge and regression in performance

Qualifications/Experience Required

UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
