Qualified Teacher - Alternative Provision - Behaviour/SEMH Needs - Start in September - long term position with a view to going permanent

Do you have the patience and resilience to be able to support students with various challenges, to ensure they are receiving the best possible education?

Qualified Teacher - Alternative Provision - the role
Based in Manchester
Work closely with parents, teachers and senior leaders
Patience, empathy and resilience is key to this role
Build excellent relationships with students
Be a vital role model
The schools AP offers various experiences and an exciting curriculum for students to access
Track and monitor data such as attendance, progress and more
Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
Long term position - possibly temp to perm after 12 weeks if interested
Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only - early finish on a Friday!
DBS check required, safeguarding training provided

Qualified Teacher - Requirements
QTS Ideally required - if not the school are able to put you through training
Confident and empathetic
Experience of supporting students with SEMH/barriers to learning
Firm but fair approach with pupils
Ability to build strong relationships with students
