Senior object-oriented programming languages Software Engineer – Real-Time Payments Engineering Fintech - object-oriented programming languages 17+, reactive application-development frameworks, real-time messaging technologies, real-time messaging technologies, real-time messaging technologies, real-time messaging technologies, Messaging, Low Latency, Reactive Programming, document-database software, a major public-cloud platform We’re looking for an experienced object-oriented programming languages Software Engineer to join a global Fintech based in South West London. the organisation develops high-performance technology solutions for leading financial institutions, helping them strengthen and modernise their payments capabilities. You’ll join the core engineering team responsible for building and enhancing a real-time payments processing platform. The work involves designing and developing distributed systems that are highly scalable, resilient, and able to handle large transaction volumes. The environment is highly agile, with a strong focus on pair programming, TDD and BDD, and you’ll have the chance to influence technical decisions and shape how new features are delivered. What we’re looking for
Solid hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages 11+ (ideally object-oriented programming languages 21)Good understanding of Reactive Programming concepts with real-time messaging technologies, reactive application-development frameworks, reactive application-development frameworks etc. Experience working with microservices and distributed systems Background with real-time messaging technologies and real-time messaging technologies related messaging tools Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning Familiarity with a major public-cloud platform and MongoDBPrevious experience in financial services, ideally within payments
