Site Manager Refurb

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager in Cardiff who has Refurbishment experience.

Key Responsibilites -

Manage the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects from commencement through to completion.
Plan and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on programme, and within budget.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
