Location: Aylesford
Job Type: Full-Time Temp to Perm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30am till 16:30pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Aylesford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Powder coating metal trays to a high standard
• Preparing and masking products before coating
• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater is essential
• Experience working with metal products is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Available to start immediately
