What We Need From You:

• A minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
• Experience with Moving & Handling, Administering Medication, and providing personal care.
• Access to your own car and a valid driving licence (essential for navigating island routes).
• Willingness to commit to a placement of at least 3 months.
