Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for block-booking placements across The Western Isles, Argyll & Bute, Orkney, and Shetland. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to support vulnerable adults in remote communities where your care truly makes a measurable difference.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: £19.00 - £26.00 per hour (dependent on experience, location, and role).
• Hours: Full-time, stable placements ranging from 45 hours to 70+ hours per week.
• Duration: Minimum commitment of 3 months required.
• Settings Available: Homecare (community-based), Residential Care Homes, and Supported Living Services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
• Proven experience with Moving & Handling, Administering Medication, and providing personal care.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and access to your own car for navigating island routes.
