Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / Manager to join their cutting-edge Digital Engineering team in London. This is a key role for someone who thrives on driving digital innovation and seamless project delivery across complex, high-profile developments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of BIM strategy and execution—integrating digital workflows, maintaining model integrity, and ensuring project teams deliver coordinated, data-rich outcomes. Working at the organisation, this role offers the chance to shape BIM standards and champion smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Applicants should bring proven experience in BIM management within the built environment, strong technical ability in platforms such as Solibri, ACC, Revit, and Civil 3D, and a solid understanding of ISO 19650. Confidence in managing federated models, delivering quality assurance, and guiding multidisciplinary teams is essential.
