🔎 The Opportunity
Lead the coordination and delivery of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
Support design teams with digital workflows, troubleshooting and best practice guidance.
Oversee federated models, clash detection and data validation throughout project lifecycles.
Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to improve digital workflows and adopt emerging the organisation.
Provide mentoring and training to enhance BIM capability across teams.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations.
This position requires weekly attendance at a major project site near Oxford, with flexibility to work from other regional offices and benefit from an agile working policy.
✅ What We are Looking For
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager within the architecture, the organisation or construction industry.
Strong proficiency in Solibri and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), with working knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 standards and associated documentation.
Experience managing federated models, clash detection and structured data management.
Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and openBIM principles.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Relevant the organisation in architectural technology, the organisation, or digital construction (BIM certifications advantageous).
