Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse and logistics team based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, Counterbalance Forklift Operator, Warehouse FLT Operative or Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance experience to secure a temporary to permanent role with competitive rates of pay, regular weekday shifts, and every weekend off.

This is primarily a warehouse-based role rather than a production position, offering the opportunity to join a stable and experienced warehouse operations team with excellent staff retention and a supportive working environment.

Please note that own transport is essential due to the location.

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Move, transport and store stock accurately within the warehouse.
• Ensure the safe handling and storage of goods.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and good housekeeping standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures while operating forklift equipment.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Recent experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures and safe forklift operating practices.
• Ability to load, unload, move and stack goods accurately and efficiently.
• Good written and spoken English to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.

• £23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours worked.
