Payrates: £150 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education South Yorkshire branch are recruiting a Secondary School Teacher to join supportive secondary schools in Wakefield (WF5). We are interested in hearing from a committed and adaptable teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain positive classroom routines, and support students in making steady academic progress.

This Secondary School Teacher position focuses on delivering clear, effective lessons while maintaining strong classroom management and supporting students to meet expected academic standards.

Requirements for Secondary School Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Experience teaching within secondary school settings.
• Sound understanding of curriculum delivery, assessment, and classroom standards is required.
• Clear communication, strong organisation, and professional judgement are desirable.
• Confidence in leading lessons across different groups and ability levels is essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
