Facilities Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Facilities Receptionist to join a dynamic public sector organisation based in Tooting, South West London.

As the Facilities Receptionist you will:

Be first point of contact for members of the public, or in house professionals contacting the department.
Deal with telephones enquiries bookings and day to day receptionist duties.
Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal, use initiate and hold good IT and team working skills.
Be able to work independently using your own initiative while maintaining your role as a strong team player. You will have excellent telephone and IT skills
Have previous experience of receptionist work.
