• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Packing Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or within a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
