Job Title: Credit Control Tutor / Assessor

Location: Remote

Salary: £32,000 pro rata

Type: Full Time, 3-month FTC (possibility to be extended)

Criteria for all candidates:

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.

Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above: PTLLS/AET. 

Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within the finance or business sectors.

Occupational experience within credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations - with an understanding of credit management.

Must be IT Literate.Duties include:

Teach/assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.

Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours

Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Support, advise and motivate learners.

Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Support learners through to gateway, ensuring they are prepared for successful completion of their EPA.Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
