The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN

Work closely with experienced teachers and SEN specialists

Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement

Be a positive, consistent presence in a child’s school dayThis is a deeply rewarding role where no two days are the same—and where your impact will be felt every single day.
