Hospitality Catering Assistant 

Brixworth – Motorsport

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Catering Assistants to join our team at our site in Brixworth.

This is a fast-paced corporate catering environment where you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for employees, contractors and visitors. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure our restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service.

This role offers variety, teamwork and the opportunity to work within one of the world’s leading Formula One organisations.

This is an ongoing contract, although would be signed in stages.

The role is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. 

There will also be a requirement to work a Saturday or Sunday shift potentially between 12 – 16 times a year.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

Prepare, replenish and present food and beverages to company standards.

Operate cashless payment and till systems accurately.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

Support hospitality events, meeting rooms and corporate catering activities.

Complete opening, closing and daily operational duties.

Ensure all food displays remain well stocked and presented throughout service.

Work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task and support the busy operation. 

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient service.

Follow company policies relating to food safety, allergens, health & safety and hygiene.

Report maintenance, equipment or safety concerns where required.

Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is required for this role.
