Job Description

Our client, operating within the water sector, is seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for a civils and shaft works project based in Titchfield. This contract role offers a chance to contribute to crucial water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing lifting operations on site, ensuring all lifts are carried out safely and efficiently

Coordinating with other site supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Providing guidance and support to lifting teams and other site personnel

Conducting regular safety checks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Reporting and documenting any incidents or issues related to lifting operations

Job Requirements:

CPCS Blue Slinger & Lift Supervisor qualification

Experience working around temporary works and shaft environments

Hands-on approach and willingness to support site operations when required

Strong commitment to health and safety

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
