Primary Teaching Assistant (General Classroom & 1:1 SEND Support) BOSTON
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: 105- 110 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work either as a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, supporting children with additional needs, or as a General Classroom Teaching Assistant, helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment for all pupils.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), following individual learning and support plans where required.
Assist with whole-class activities and provide small-group interventions.
Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Monitor pupil progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support successful learning outcomes.
We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with a variety of backgrounds, including:
Teaching Assistants with previous school experience.
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualified candidates.
Recent Teaching Assistant course graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
Care workers or support workers with experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, or adults.
Graduates considering a future career in education.
Anyone with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting children.
