L.E.A.D Academy Trust September 2026 Start Full-Time Long-Term Role

Are you an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners?

The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust to recruit a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant for Birley Spa Primary Academy, supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference during the earliest stages of children's education in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Your role will include:

• Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
• Delivering small group and 1:1 activities
• Encouraging children's learning through play and structured activities
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment

We're looking for:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
• Experience working within EYFS or early years settings
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to helping children achieve their full potential
