Job Description

We are looking for a temporary administrator to join our client on a temporary basis.

Paying 13.00 per hour and based in Bicester they are looking for someone to join their team and support the day to day running of the business. Working for a minimum of 4 weeks and potentially resulting in permanent position.

Duties:

• Answering calls and emails
• Data entry and maintaining records
• Processing paperwork, reports and incoming post
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
• Handling customer and supplier enquiries
• Generate reports
• Liaise with suppliers
• Retaxing of vehicles and adhoc vehicle administration.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Reliable and proactive approach
